Get Ready!

So how are you going to make sure you’re in with a chance to win?

Follow our handy tips below to get ready!

  1. Make sure you are signed up to the Printed Music Licensing Ltd portal. This is where you log your sheet music data. Sign up here!

  2. Collate the sheet music you have used this year. Look back through your teaching resources, music lesson plans, concerts and assemblies. Any sheet music you have copied or arranged should be reported under the Schools Printed Music Licence.

  3. Have a practice on the portal. Make sure nothing is going to get in your way during The Annual Copycat Challenge by having a practice inputting at least a line of data or explore new ways to upload. You can now download the bulk upload spreadsheet from the portal or upload a photo of your sheet music to submit. Remember data has to be accurate to be in with a chance to win.

  4. Stay subscribed and make sure you are following us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

New ways to upload

In direct response to teachers’ requests to simplify the process, sheet music data can now be reported via uploading an image of sheet music, or by uploading a spreadsheet, saving you time.
